Sleep is so important for the health of a baby and you as the parent.
Years of experience and formal training have allowed me to develop an evidence based approach to infant sleeping.
There are many different ways to help a baby establish a healthy sleep routine. Above anything, I truly believe that infant feeding and calorie intake as well as timing of feeds or solids has the biggest impact on infant sleep above all else.
If sleeping is an issue, we will discuss feeding amounts and timing as well as several methods for improving sleep, so that I can personalise a plan, by letting you choose the approach that best suits you and your family.
Infant feeding and sleep are very interrelated, so in most situations we will address both feeding and sleep together.
